How do I report my child sick?

You can report your child sick conveniently through the Isy app. Please report your child before lessons begin, ideally by 7:45 AM, and state the expected duration of the illness. If your child is absent for more than three days, we also need a written note.

Go to the Isy app

How do I enrol my child at the school?

Enrolment for the first year takes place in the autumn of the preceding year, on the enrolment dates set by the municipality. You'll find all the important dates and documents under "School Enrolment". Please bring your child's birth certificate and proof of the school entry health check to the enrolment appointment.

Is there care before and after lessons (OGS)?

Yes, our open all-day school (OGS) offers reliable care beyond lesson time, generally until 4:00 PM. The children get a warm lunch, receive support with homework, and can take part in various play and enrichment activities. Please contact the school office or the OGS management to register.

What should I do about an appointment during school hours?

Please inform your child's class teacher in writing and in good time about any leave of absence, for example for a doctor's appointment. Younger children may only leave the school grounds accompanied by a parent, guardian, or a person you have named. Leave of absence immediately before or after school holidays is only possible in justified exceptional cases.

Who can I contact with questions?

Your first point of contact is always your child's class teacher. For organisational matters, you can reach the school office by phone or email. You'll find all contact details and office hours on the "Contact" page.
